Security protocols for airports and airlines

It is mandatory to wear a double mask and have the vaccination card virtually or physically.

Only traveling passengers must attend the airport, except for minors and those who require special assistance.

If you have any symptoms related to COVID-19 or physical discomfort, you should not go to the airport. Please contact your airline to reschedule your flight.

Only passengers whose flight is scheduled within the next 3 hours will be allowed to enter.

Safety protocols during the train.

Security protocols during the Tour Service provision (tourist operation)

Before the operation:

Use digital means preferably to deliver to the GOT material, documentation and money related to the travel group. If you make deliveries in person, you must first disinfect, store (separately for the GOT, passenger or group manager) and close in an envelope or bag. Note: It is recommended to also consider the messaging service or other remote means, reducing travel or exposure to risks of GOT contagion outside and in the office.

Reconfirm the services with all providers related to the group and confirm that they carry the appropriate PPE. Note: Verify that reservations are in accordance with the suppliers' protocols.

Request the GOT to record your body temperature and your state of health with a record on the evaluation form provided by the travel agency.

During operation:

The GOT must ensure that passengers wear appropriate PPE and use it correctly.

The GOT must verify that passengers wash with soap and water or disinfect their hands on each boarding and according to scheduled third-party protocols (tourist transportation, tourist sites, others).

The GOT must verify that passengers disinfect their footwear (sole) at the beginning of the operation and according to scheduled third-party protocols (tourist transportation, tourist sites, others).

Request the GOT to take and record the body temperature of the passengers and driver on each boarding, and according to the protocol of the scheduled tourist transportation services.

Monitor the operation and record all incidents.

Have emergency numbers to report suspected cases of COVID-19 and provide timely care. Numbers: 113 and other establishments at the discretion of the AGVT.

The GOT must remind passengers about the health protocols of third parties scheduled in the services.

Coordinate with the GOT for the timely management of suspected cases of COVID-19 during tourism operations. To do this, the GOT must act as follows:

a) In the situation where passengers present COVID-19 symptoms: Use the contingency PPE provided by the AGVT.

Isolate the suspected case, implement a physical barrier or apply distancing of at least 2 meters as much as possible. Apply the Symptom Form to the passenger. Continue with the AGVT protocol regarding the actions to be taken in the event of a suspected case of contagion.

b) In the event that the GOT presents COVID-19 symptoms: – Continue with the AGVT protocol regarding the actions to be carried out in the event of a suspected case of contagion.

Avoid the manipulation or exchange of objects and physical contact during the handling of complaints and claims from passengers (the GOT and/or agency personnel who are present in the operation).

After the operation:

Request the GOT to record your body temperature and your health status from the evaluation form.

Process settlements and reports reported by the GOT through digital channels.

Disinfect and dispose of the material, documentation or others related to the travel group that have been physically returned by the GOT.

Awareness and training.

For staff

Receive awareness information before resuming activities.

Prepare posters or awareness notices regarding COVID-19 and implement them in visible places in the AGVT or disseminate them through efficient means of communication.

Maintain documented information that demonstrates the execution of awareness and training. Note: Work and/or training meetings should preferably be virtual for the duration of the State of National Emergency or subsequent recommendations established by the Ministry of Health. If face-to-face work meetings are necessary, distancing of at least 1 m and mandatory use of masks must be respected; These types of meetings will be scheduled on an exceptional basis.

For the client

You are made aware of the dissemination of health measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, through digital or physical means to raise awareness.

Mandatory use of the mask during your stay, it must be used correctly and be in good condition.

Maintain timely behavior that prevents the spread of COVID-19. Note: When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a disposable tissue or your forearm, never with your hands directly, change your mask after sneezing; Also, do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth without washing your hands with soap and water first.

Communicate if you have any COVID-19 symptoms within 15 days of the service offered.

Third parties

The third parties considered in this protocol are travel and tourism agencies; lodging establishments; restaurants and related services; Tourist guides; water, land, rail and air tourist transportation; inspectors; supervisors; and those who have no employment relationship with the AGVT. During their stay in the establishment, they must comply with the following guidelines:

Arrive at scheduled times to avoid crowds.

Comply with physical distancing measures of at least 1 m.

Access to taking body temperature upon admission with an infrared clinical thermometer and upon departure if applicable.

Restrict the entry of third parties with a body temperature greater than 38°C.

Comply with the procedure and frequency of washing with soap and water or hand disinfection (before, during and after, and when the case warrants it).

Disinfect footwear (sole) upon entry.

Use PPE to enter and carry out your activities.

Disinfect any document or material received or delivered from a third party, and prefer digital media.

Provide the necessary documents for traceability, in case there is any incidence of infection for COVID-19.

Comply with the other established preventive health measures, otherwise you will not be able to enter or remain in the establishment. Note: Inspectors and supervisors are governed according to their protocols and standards established by the corresponding entity.
